Annual General Meeting 2019                

The AGM for 2019 will be held at Pebworth Village Hall on 

SATURDAY MARCH 9th   2019 at 2pm

Address: Chapel Road, Pebworth, Nr Stratford upon Avon, Worcestershire    CV37 8XJ

Nominees are urgently required to serve on the Management Committee

The Pelargonium and Geranium Society requires a volunteer to act as editor of our magazine PAGS News as we have been without for the past two years.

If you feel you can help please contact us.

AGM Programme for the Day

12am Lunch. Soup and sandwiches, Tea/Coffee etc. will be available during the lunch break or members may bring a packed lunch as they wish.

Any member(s) who would like to join us for lunch is most welcome. Please let the Secretary know as soon as possible so we can inform our caterers of the number attending.  Price per head £3.50              Mail: steele430@btinternet.com 

1.30pm  Tea/Coffee prior to the meeting

2pm-4pm AGM.  The Agenda for the Meeting, Minutes of the last Annual General Meeting and Nomination Form are enclosed in the PAGS News Winter Edition 

Only registered members may vote at the meeting. 

(Please bring your membership card with you)

Fibrex  Nursery is not officially open in early March as plants are still very young but should anyone choose to arrive before 12am you may pay a brief visit and have a look round if you wish. There will be some plants for sale at the meeting, donated by members.
